From the first few days of construction, I wondered who's friggin bright idea it was to erect this rediculous form. Aparently, (I must have missed it) DeSoto, Texas was named "All-American City" in 2006. And it took them until 2008 to place this horrible phallic symbol thing right on the corner of the intersection RIGHT OFF the highway. (it's not enough that we know that DeSoto's stupid--they're trying to tell the world too...)
